JCCA is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of one representative from each participating club.  This Board elects a President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer, and a Secretary .

Each Sport or Activity has its own Committee.  The  current President is also the long-time Tennis Chairman.  The Tennis Committee is made up of the individual Team Captains.  There is as Swim Committee, and a Diving Committee.  Softball, however,  is administered by a committee of one.

The Tennis Committee is composed of the Captains of every team.  Currently, only the Men's Tennis Committee, and the Juniors Tennis Committees, are functional.  A Ladies Tennis Committee has not been designated.   The Men's Tennis Committee meets twice per year; the Juniors Tennis Committee, meets once per year.

The Swim Committee holds regular meetings, and has spent the last year in revising the program, then modifying the rules to fit the new format.  The Diving Committee also has regular meetings.
